Sweet Slumber 10 mL Undiluted Blend: Diffuse about 30-60 minutes before bedtime or dilute to 2-3% for topical use.

Sweet Slumber Pre-Diluted Roll-On: Apply to the back or chest approximately 20 minutes before bedtime to help calm and relax the body and mind for a good night's sleep.
