HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Simply click add to cart all the items that you want then click checkout.
2. Fill out the information
3. Pay through any payment channel on our options.
4. Wait for your waybill and item/s.
COULD I RESERVE AN ITEM?
Yes, but we will hold it for you only for three (3) days.
WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You may deposit your payment through any of the following:
1. bank deposit through Bank of the Philippine Islands or Banco de Oro
2. money remittance through LBC or Palawan Express
3. PayPal
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be prepared after payment confirmation. It will be picked up by ABest Express. Please allow 2-3 days delivery within Metro Manila and 4-5 days in provinces.
For Lalamove Service, we will deliver on the same day upon payment confirmation until 5 PM only, otherwise it will be delivered on the next day. PLEASE BE GUIDED.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST/MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages.
If a package is damaged during transit, or if it is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier.
CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We only accept returns if we sent an incorrect order.
No cancellation is allowed once an order has been placed.
