Refund policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All orders are prepared after payment confirmation, and shall be picked up by our couriers. Please allow 2-3 days delivery within Metro Manila, and 4-5 days in the provinces.

REFUND POLICY:
We only accept returns if we sent an incorrect order. No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.

DAMAGED/LOST ORDERS:
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier if a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed.
